Barcelona are weighing up a new one-year contract proposal for 37-year-old Poland striker Robert Lewandowski, whose current agreement expires this summer, though the extension would come with a salary reduction.

Portugal forward Cristiano Ronaldo’s long-term future at Al-Nassr remains uncertain, and the 41-year-old reportedly has a £44m release clause included in his contract with the Saudi Pro League side.

Scotland midfielder Scott McTominay and Napoli are expected to enter discussions over a contract extension beyond 2028, with the Italian club eager to tie the 29-year-old down until 2030.

Colombia striker Jhon Duran, 22, is close to completing a loan move to Zenit St Petersburg after cutting short his season-long spell at Fenerbahce, where he was on loan from Al-Nassr.

Feyenoord are one of several clubs to have looked into signing England forward Jesse Lingard, who is currently a free agent following his departure from FC Seoul. The Dutch side are managed by his former Manchester United team-mate Robin van Persie.

Leeds United are said to be in the market for a new goalkeeper during the summer transfer window, with head coach Daniel Farke reportedly unconvinced by Brazilian keeper Lucas Perri, 28, who joined from Elland Road in July 2025 for £13.9m.

Tottenham’s 22-year-old Argentine striker Alejo Veliz, presently on loan at Rosario Central, is expected to move to Brazilian outfit Bahia in the summer in a deal valued at 9m euros (£7.8m) plus performance-related add-ons.

Atletico Madrid made a late attempt to sign Spain’s 23-year-old attacking midfielder Gabri Veiga during the closing days of the winter transfer window, but Porto turned down their approach.
